Revolution.

The last few days have had a strange effect on me. I was watching a documentary on Ernesto "Che"Guevara recently and was somewhat surprised at the views expressed by many that he was not the martyr, as portrayed by many, but just a blood thirsty terrorist whose quest for led to all the conflict filled places of in the world. which got me thinkin about the current situation in the Indian hinterland.

The Maoist or naxals are leading a mass revolution of the tribal people in the most inaccessible of places in the Indian hinterland. They have adopted a moral high ground and are proclaiming it as a struggle to free the tribal from the atrocities of those in charge. Are they really the saviors of the tribal people or are they just blood thirsty guerrillas who have nothing better to do then impede the development and progress of the Indian State. i have heard reports from the ground that these naxals use force, fear and intimidation as their weapons to make the innocent villagers comply with their demands. Are they revolutionaries or just cold blooded terrorists.
