Training or Toture
Hello Frns,
sorry for not blogging for long but am undergoing something call ROC TRAINIG (bloody bullshit). so have been wasting my time doing bloody bullshit who various activities include running around the roc office at marine lines for various ppl's signatures, beggin the person in charge to leave us early so we can atend half a day's office and making new frns( which is admittedly not bad), sifting through documents older than wen i was born and destroying them.
All of us, and we are 15 ppl, are cursing doing bloddy bullshit but no one has the guts to go and speak to ppl who matter and say that we are qulified people stop this bullshit. all because we are in need of membership number. A number that will hepl us get a job so that we can finally earn from watever we have learnt in the past 3 years. we sit and listen to a 7th pass guy give us attitude coz so that the incharge signs without any trouble. i am sitting there doing work that i will make my office boy do just because i need that number. i mean i feel so helpless, but as they say u gotta do wat u gotta do.
am soory that this has been more of a ranting than anything but am so frustrated.
